Roaming Profile in Pc and Laptop

We have an AD with Server 2003 Standard Edition the entire users use a
roaming profile, but now one user wants to use a Laptop in order to work out
of the office with documents in his profile and when he returned to the
office continues with this documents(located in My Documents, My favorites,
etc) in his desktop.
Is there any form to do this???
How the changes in the profile in his Laptop can be synchronized with the
roaming profile stored in the file server (Server where is located all the
roaming profiles) in order to when he sign up in the Desktop all the changes
in the profile (done in the laptop out of the office) appears??
