RJ45 WLAN device suggestions?

Hi,

I have seen a lot of equipment where you put a small WLAN device into
the USB port of your pc and then connect to an accesspoint. But can I
get a device that goes into the RJ45 port?

I already have a WLAN pc card in my laptop. At work I go to a lot of
different locations without WLAN. So I would like to put a SMALL
device into the switches and hubs I meet out there and connect to the
LANs this way. I don't want to bring an ordinary accesspoint because
of the size of this.

Have anybody seen a good solution for me?

Are devices able to get there power supply from the RJ45 plug?
