RIS troubleshootin tool example

Hi,

do you know about some "troubleshooting tool" that installs and integrates
itself into the RIS? I would like to demonstrate the feature to students.

I think that Intel has a support tool for their NIC.
I remember that I saw a download that installed a Boot Agent (or something
similar) as a tool in RIS.
