Hi John,
you need to present the entire OS CD.
So if you load your CD into E:, at the time it prompts you for the
Source, just specify the drive letter it should be fine.
In any case, you can also make a slipstreamed CD (XP RTM with SP2).
Here are the general steps.
1. Copy the entire CD contents of your XP RTM into a directory in your
computer. eg; C:\XPRTM.
2. Using the XPSP2.exe (SP2 file). Run XPSP2exe /integrate:c:\temp
3. After the integration completes, you have a directory that contains
XP with SP2 slipstreamed.
