i am running RIS on a 2003 server machine and using EMBOOT
to load the image i made with symantec ghost ver 8 for
ghosting machines on a network, my question is.. in order
to make the process more efficient i want to remove at
least the majority of screens from the windows CIW (client
installation wizard). i have tried to edit the .sif file
that corresponds with the image that i am using (which
appears to be some kind of fix suggested by microsoft KB)
however any changes i have made seem to not be recognised.
can anyone suggest a way to use some kind of answer file
to automate the CIW to automatically log on to the server
and select the boot image without requiring any input from
the user?
