RIS and 2003

I've upgraded my DC's to 2003, which is where DHCP is
installed. My RIS is still on 2000. Since the DC's
upgrade, my RIS doesn't want to work. I can't authorize my
RIS to the DHCP. I'm getting an error message saying it
can't pass the rogue test. Any suggestions?
