Hello,

Since a long time I have a reel problem with my print server.

Some users have right problem on the print server. If I do ‘\\Print server
name the server display the password dialogue box . (don’t use my
credential automatically) For example if I logged with the user TOTO I have
to re-enter my password to connect printers. If I reboot the machine I have
to redo the procedure.

I’m in a domain environment , I already setup several policies. I already
format the computer , but didn’t help me.

Thank you

More info,

In fact when I try to access to this server I try to use an other account
(Administrative Account) and not the current logging

Thanks

Morning Aurels,
The first thing I would do is make sure that the computer you are on is
connected to the domain and not a local profile. I would also check the
groups the account is a member of and make sure they don't conflict with any
deny's you might have set. While doing so, I would check to ensure that the
user does indeed have rights to the print server by either his account or a
group he is a member of. Sometimes simple things are the things over looked.
Let us know your findings.

Hope this helps,
