Is this the right group? SSL Issues

Hello group,

Current Setup is:
SBS 2003
IIS 6
BT Voyager 220v router
Two network cards in Server (one for local domain one for I/Net router)
Single server small client environment

Have recently moved (not migrated) from one server to another. This was a
hardware upgrade only. Using same router to internet as old server which
works fine on old server.
The only software difference being I ran a windows update on the new server.
I have also moved the IP pool from what was in a public domain to private
domain

Why can I access https sites but I cannot log into them? For example hotmail
where I get page cannot be displayed.
Windows update does not work – bombs out whilst scanning for updates?
Why can I not post to these help groups whilst in the new SBS environment?

This is the same for IE on all client machines and the server

I’ve had a really good look over the KB and through these groups and cannot
seem to find an answer.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Please let me know if you require any more
information.
