Are the measurements in the same scale? Bitcomet may be running at 20k-bytes
and the bandwidth monitor can be referring to 200k-bits. An 8-10 to 1 ratio
between them under those circumstances is to be expected, there being 8 bits
to a byte (plus maybe parity etc)
