I can't get rid of the dial-up connection box at boot-up.
I have recently added a kingston kne100tx network card and
a D-link DI604 router to be able to share files between an
XP laptop & a win 98 desktop. Now every time I boot up,
just before the network icons show up it repeatedly
prompts me to connect via dial-up. Even cancel does't stop
it. I only want it to prompt for connection on start of
Int. Exp. or Outlook Express.
