I am using a Ricoh R5C485(II) PCMCIA to PCI adapter card and a Sierra 595 AirCard
for wireless broadband. The adapter is causing Vista not to shutdown properly and
Vista restarts as a result instead of powering off. When I remove the adapter card,
Vista powers down normailly. Any ideas to fix this problem?

What ever pci adaptor card you are using that uses the R5C485 does not
appear to be Vista Compatable.
