RFC 3011

Hi,
Can anyone tell me if Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition's DHCP server
is RFC 3011 compliant? In this RFC they talk about the subnet selection
option
for DHCP.
If it is compliant or if it supports the subnet selection option, does it
need to be enabled in some way?
Please help.
