Reverse Polarity SMA Adaptors

Anyone know where I can get reverse polarity to conventional SMA adaptors?
Or do I have to make up pigtail?

Maybe www.pasternack.com, except they have a US$100 minimum order policy.
Maybe their AU distributor is not so demanding, or you could ask them who
they sell to, heh... Speaking as a satisfied customer I can say their
products are the very best they can be, for sure..
