When changing from MSN dial-up to MSNQuest DSL I wasn't
alerted that I should save my old Address Book. I still
have an active email address with MSN for my dial-up. Is
there a way to retrieve my address book now that I have a
new email address and am working over DSL MSNQwest?

You would need to ask the appropriate support section. This isn't it. 8-)
