restrictin printing

I am new to setting up network printers in 2003. Is there a way to restrick
printing based on user?

Create a group for the people that should have access to the printer in
question and add the names of the users who should have access to that
printer. Then go to the Printer properties of the network printer on the
server and go to the Security tab. Add the group you just created and make
sure they have the Allow Print box checked in the permissions setting box.
Then remove the Everyone group.
