I have one NT 4.0 server and 5 clients. Students are very
naughty so they delete the folder of other. How can I
protect them using network? As it is not good practice
create individual user in 98 as we have got 60 students
and they do their practials in batches.

Apply NTFS permissions on your NT4 server.
