restart nt 4 print services without reboot

Does anyone know how to restart the print services in NT 4 without a reboot?
Periodically my JetDirect printers die and the only thing that I've found is
to reboot the server to bring them back online. I have stopped and started
the spooler service and the tcp/ip printer service but these do not help.

The only way i know is to stop and start the spooler service.
