Resources for network engineering and design

I am currently studying to get my MCSA, however, after working in a few
"temp" jobs I have found that engineers and more in demand than
administrators. I have been testing my knowlege lately by thinking up
situations in businesses I have done some work for. The situations are
things like multiple Internet connections all routing to a single router and
being used for redundancey etc...

The point I of the post is to ask if there is a good place I can visit or a
newsgroup I can chat in to ask other more exerienced proefessionals their
opinions on design concepts and solutions for problems I may get myself
into. And just repeating, this is for network design, not administration.
