My experience is that if you synch and stay synched without a disconnect
for three days,your BRAS will reset automatically,.
However if the line is that poor it may be that the DSLAM noise margin
is set high as well.
If you can sort it out, you should end up with a stable line and noise
marign 6-9dB or so, If its higher, you need to get that reset manually.
