I've been having some serious network problems with my
labtop computer. It's running windows 98se and is using a
pcmca(whatever) network card. I used to be on a network
that required the use of novell and since I've left I
can't use my cable modem at home. I was wondering if
there is anyway to reset the network settings in windows
to the way they where the day windows was installed. If
there isn't if somebody could provide help "rebuilding" my
network in windows I'd appreciate it.

thanks,
Tyson

control panel >network

remove novell client and install "microsoft client" as primary logon....

its a start ...you will then probably have to run your internet connection
wizard and tell it to use LAN for connection.

let us know
