I started getting this error message about a month ago
when login on to Windows 95/98 computers "This request is
not accepted by the network. Try again later" I am able
to log on after several attempts, but now is happening
every day. Can somebody help me.

Sound like a Licence problem, check for number of client licences (CAL's) on the server.
