Hi,

Please let me know if you have any suitable consultants for the
following requirement:

Windows Systems Engineer / Domain Migration Specialist
Charlotte, NC (Local Candidates preferred)
6 months

IMPORTANT: MUST HAVE GOOD ACTIVE DIRECTORY DOMAIN MIGRATION EXPERIECNE

Complete Description:
Responsible for the migration of Windows and Novell domains to Windows
Active Directory under the technical direction of the Windows Design
and Engineering Team.
The successful candidate will have a broad knowledge of Windows NT 4.0
and Active Directory design, LDAP, GPOs, DNS, WINS, DHCP, and the
Windows 2000/2003 operating system platforms - including clustering
and knowledge of Microsoft BackOffice systems.
Prior experience in domain migrations using Quest migration tools and/
or ADMT is required.
Strong knowledge of networking topologies and the TCP/IP protocol is
required.
Up to 50% travel.
4+ years experience with supporting production systems in a large
enterprise environment.
MCSE certification and VBScript experience desired.


Knowledge of network and systems monitoring, customer support,
technical support, and service deployment are all desirable.
The candidate must be a team player, with an inherent ability to work
well under tight timelines, and have strong problem-solving
capabilities.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules,
operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability
to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak
effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw
valid conclusions. Ability to interpret a variety of technical
instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several
abstract and concrete variables.

Quest or ADMT migration tools experience - 2 yrs exp Required ;
Advanced Level Required
TCP/IP protocol troubleshooting skills - 3 yrs exp Required ; Advanced
Level Required
Microsoft clustering - 2 yrs exp Desired ; Intermediate Level
Scripting (VBScript) - 3 yrs exp Desired ; Intermediate Level
Architectural Design - 3 yrs exp Desired ; Intermediate Level
