Replication Problem

Hello!
I've 2 sites Sahm1 (mail1 and mail2 "192.168.0.X") and Sahm2
site (Sahm1 "192.168.1.X")
i run the following commands from the branch office server "Sahm1" and i'm
connected over a VPN to the main branch to the "mail1 and mail2" servers :
C:\SupportTools>repadmin /replicate sahm1.sahm.com mail1.sahm.com
dc=sahm,dc=com
Sync from mail1.sahm.com to sahm1.sahm.com completed successfully.
C:\SupportTools>repadmin /replicate sahm1.sahm.com mail2.sahm.com
dc=sahm,dc=com
Sync from mail2.sahm.com to sahm1.sahm.com completed successfully.

Does that mean that active directory replicated succesfully ?? and if YES
why didn't i see the updaetd objects that i made there in both sites as a
test ?? even after refreshing AD on the local and remote ones !!!

I can't make demand dial-up connection between both branches because of my
router "in the branch office" which ALWAYS drop the gre packets "I'll get
new router but not right now coz of cost Factor in my company", till now i
depend on the VPN. i feel my problem is related to the other two servers
where they can't communicate with Sahm1 to Sync.

My question is ,, how to get "or track the path to" errors related to this
??

I run replmon tool ,, on site Sahm2 i've blue successfull replication
reports
But on site Sahm1 i've Blue icons with yellow exclamations "Which makes me
TOO nervous :-)",
something else , when i use AD sites and services i get : "one or more of
these active directory connections are between domain controllers in
different sites etc.."

any Advice ???
Thanks in advance.
