Replicate Win 2000 AD to Win2003 AD

Is it possible to perform replication from windows 2000 AD to Win2003
AD ? Earlier i replicate the AD from windows 2003 to the windows 2000
but since win2k3 crash i want to replicate data from win 2000 to the
win2k3. Pls advise. Thanks
