replacing old DHCP server

Hello,

I'm replacing our old DHCP server with a new one and I would like to know
that is there any benefits from moving the old DHCP database from old server
to the new one. My other option is just create and enable same configuration
to the new server and take the old one offlline.

The benefit from moving database from one DHCP to other you will the leases
issued to the client will be retained.
