Hello,
i've got a 2003 SBS server. Because of network problems i want to replace
the network card. When i do this my server doesn't startup anymore. It get's
stuck in 'prepairing network connections'/'applying computer settings'
Any sugestions?

Keep old NIC in and install new one. Boot into windows and set the settings
for the new NIC. disable the old nic. shut down and remove old nic.
