Hi Mahesh,
The default SSL certificate in Exchange 2007 expires every 1 year, so yes
you will have to re-issue a certificate and also in part 2 of your question
as it is a new cert I would have said that you do have to re-issue the
certificate to Outlook Anywhere users too.
To rebuild Certificate go into The Exchange Management Shell and type the
following:
* "New-ExchangeCertificate" (CaSe SenSitiVE)
* Followed by "Y" to confirm.
* Next follow the steps available here
