Removing non-existent printer

I still show a formerly used printer in Network Neighborhood. How can I
remove it?

RMB on it shows no Delete.

Control Panel -> Printers doesn't list it.

Just for kicks I temporarily turned off Print in Share and Print
thinking it might allow Delete to appear. It did not.
