Removing a DC from a Windows 2003 domain

I have 4 Windows 2003 servers running Active Directory.

One of them needs to be removed from the domain. It is not the primary
controller.

How do I do this?

Run dcpromo. If the machine holds any FSMO roles it is a good idea to
transfer them first:
