Not really. DHCP Clients will always request the same number they
previously had the last time,...as long as the new DHCP hasn't given it out
to anything else (which shouldn't happen since everything else will also
request its old number as well) it will give the Client the same one. Once
the DHCP has built up it database (which should not take long) there is no
more risk. AD is irrelevant to this.
