I have a Win 200 Server ( non AD ) that had issues connecting to domain
resources so I removed it from the domain ( added to Workgroup ) and then
tried to re add it to our domain - when I try it gives me an error saying
that our domain is inaccessable. Any suggestions ? ( I was trying this over
RDP as the administrator.

Make sure that server is pointed to the DNS server you set up for the AD
domain.
