Remotely disable simple file sharing?

Is there anyway to remotely disable simple file sharing and the
firewall on a windows xp pro system on a workgroup?

Hello,

I guess that if the firewall is up and in workgroup, then you won't be able
to access the computer by default.
Even if you know an administrator account, as it is in workgroup (no domain
trust)

The command to disable the firewall is: netsh -r MyRemoteComputer firewall
set opmode disable

Simple file sharing is just an option of Windows Explorer.
