I'm trying to remotely install a network printer that will use a TCP/IP
printer port. According to the docs i've found, i need to first have the
printer port installed before i can remotely add the printer. Does anyone
know how to remotely add a TCP/IP printer port to a pc.

Can you RDP to the machine in question?

That aside, I *think* you could probably do a regmon and find the keys
involved, stop the print spooler, add/edit the reg keys and restart the
print spooler, but I wont be looking all of that up for you
