Remote System Does Not See the SSID

We have a second computer that shares the ISP connection via a wireless
router. Recently it stopped making the connection. At first we thought the
wireless router (Netgear) had failed; so we bought a newer one (Linksys
WRT54GX2). When that didn't solve the problem, we figured the D-Link WNA had
failed: so I replaced it with a Belkin G MIMO. Still no warm and fuzzies.

At first, the remote computer was at least detecting the router and
displaying the SSID, along with another one that exists in our neighborhood.
It did this when using either the Netgear or Linksys router. Now the remote
computer doesn't even detect the router.

We have triple checked all the settings on both routers. We're using
WPA-PSK and TKIP with a generated encryption key. We have triple checked
keying the encryption key (it has all the upper/lower/spec_char/random
characteristics. This key worked before the problems started and works yet
with a laptop.

We've been through the wireless networking wizard so many times that our
fingers almost know how to enter everything without help from the cranium.

Suggestions for additional troubleshooting tricks would be greatly
appreciated and gratefully received

Hi
To more you run the wizard the less you have a chance to succeed, at this
point your solution might come form trying to configure your system
manually.
First disable all the security and switch it on only when every thing is
working correctly.
May be this can Help.
