Remote sites though VPN

I set up a VPN from firewall to firewall, Different sites and subnets in
active directory sites and services. Are there any other settings i have to
configure to allow active directory syncronization.

It is better to have Wins servers in both sites for computer browsing.

For some reason i wm not getting the full active directory, when i pull it off the network for a test to work alone it tells me the active directory was not fully loaded.
