"The remote server has been paused..."

Hi, I'm having troubles with my home network. One PC can see the other two,
but on the other two I get the following error when I click on "Workgroup:"

"Workgroup is not accessible. You might not have permission to use this
network resource. Contact the administrator of this server to find out if
you have access permissions."

"The remote server has been paused or is in the process of being started."

All running XP. No firewalls. Server service started. File and Print
sharing enabled. Any help would be appreciated. I've had it working
before, so I have no idea what may have changed. Thanks.

Nevermind. Server service on one of the PCs was Paused. What confuses me
is which PC takes control and why...
