Remote Installation Services and TFTP

Hi!

I'm trying to configure Remote Installation Services on Windows 2003 SBS.
After installing the service I ran the setup wizzard to select the location
of the installation files etc. Everything went smoothly until "Starting the
required installation services" I then received the error "Only one socket
address (protocol/network) (address/port) is normally permitted." At this
point the config failed.

I assumed it was the TFTP service that failed to start and tried to start it
manually from the services mmc. I received the same error.

I then ran netstat -ano -p UDP to see if UDP port 69 was in fact in use.

UDP 0.0.0.0:69 *.* 2648

Ok, so process id 2648 is using UDP port 69. How do I find out which service\
application is using this pid and how do I get it to stop so I can continue
with my RIS installation.

Many thanks,
Hamish
