Remote Desktop Web Connection

I am trying to gain access to my machine from a remote
site and have configured everything on Server 2003
correctly. The access works from most sites but at one
site they block ALL traffic except for port 80, 21, 443.
Is there any way to force ALL traffic for Desktop Web
Conneciton through one of those ports. I will never be
able to get port 3389 opened. Is my only option here to
build an SSH tunnel and force all traffic through that?

SSH, IPSec or what ever tunnel
you can establish. You cluld also move the RDP servive to port 80 if it is
unused..
