Please provide more background info - your versions of everything, what
exactly you're trying to do (grant users access to their own desktops via
VPN?), symptoms when you try to do this, whether you can use RD to their
computers directly from the LAN, etc.

Just make sure you can telnet port 3389. Or these search results may help.
