Can anyone tell me how to get Remote Desktop to work from
a remote internet client? Is it possible?

I think I need to open a port and possible do some other
configuration.

Hi,

You'll need to log into the Base Station Management Tool, then click on the
Security link on the left, then click on Persistent Port Forwarding.

Now forward the ports 3389-3389 with TCP as the type, then enter theIP
address of the computer you're trying to setup for remote desktop and then
enter 3389-3389 for the private ports.
