Remote desktop problem (w2k3 server+sp1)

I have remote desktop problem in w2k3 server. One of our customer used to
take terminal server connection in our server. Firewall detects customers ip
and routes it in to the server (server has private ip). After sp1 update,
this connection does not work anymore. I can check my firewall logs and it
shows that firewall does not drop the connection. Is there something known
problem or do I have to remove sp1?

Up to this point I have refused to apply SP1 to our machines. It is full of
problems.
