Having this problem for some reason one of my Windows Server 2003 SP1 does
not allow any winxp sp2 to connect via remote desktop but it can accept
remote desktop session from another 2003 server. I've admin account for this
particular server.
I've no problem using winxp sp2 to remote desktop to other 2003 server
Any advise?

I just ran into this myself two days ago. Is the server running SP1?
Install the
Remote Desktop client from the ~\system32\tsclient directory on the server
itself - you're seeing version incompatibility of the RDP client software.
You'll wind up with 2 copies of the
mstsc.exe file on your workstation - be sure to use the one that has a
Security tab when you click on "Options".

HTH
