The router firewall is blocking the access (as it should)
You need also to do a port forwarding (I don't remember
the port nbr) on the router. The port number is probably
documented on the help for the software. Otherwise, use
the WAN IP that shows on the home page of the router --
the public IP of the network -- and not the PC IP (the
port forwarding on the router performs the re-routing).
If you want to check the port forwarding from within the
LAN, make sure the base station firmware is recent (the
1.11.017), since some older versions don't support
loopback.
