Remote Desktop host

Hi

I know that it is possible for a windows 98 computer to
use the client portion of Remote Desktop to access and
control a Windows XP computer. But is it possible to have
a Windows XP computer control a Windows 98 computer in the
same way? I know that you can use apps like VNC to do
this, but I would like to keep the connection an all
Microsoft one if I can.
