Remote Desktop Disconnected message

Receiving the following message.

Title bar: Remote Desktop Disconnected

Stop box text: The remote session was disconnected because
the local computer's client access license could not be
updated or renewed.
Please contact the server administrator. OK or Help
buttons.


I searched the knowledge base and found no articles with
this message (unless my search was invalid).

Remote client machine is Windows XP with cable modem.
Windows 2003 Server with cable modem.
There are plenty of licenses (both Windows 2003 CAL's and
Terminal Server User CAL's).

All other connections are OK (LAN and WAN).

No other XP boxes have experienced this issue.

Are you trying to connect as the "administrator" or
as a normal user acocunt?
Not sure if this helps, but you should be able to
connect as the administrator without using a client
license up to three (3) times I think?
