Remote Desktop Connection

I have a user that is trying to connect to our server
through the remote desktop connection client on a Windows
ME pc. The user used to connect through the remote
client, but now she receives an error message when she
tries to connect. The message is: "The remote computer
disconnected the session because of an error in the
licensing protocol." Does anyone have any ideas?
