Is using Remote desktop connection on the intenret secure ?
i mean the usernames & passwords that we send are sent in clear text or
encrypted ...

Is the terminal server a w2k or w2k3 ?

It depends on how you have configured the server.
Are you using tls ?

It's actually encrypted. RDP traffic is encrypted by default. You can secure
it further by using the web version and use SSL to make the initial
connection, or use a VPN first, then RDP into the machine.
