I need options here nothing is broken.

I have a new customer that they have co-location servers. Right now they
access them through remote desktop / terminal services they have both 2003
and 2000. They do this directly over the internet. Would it be better to use
the desktop / terminal services through a PPTP connection or the way it is?

Thanks in advance for your option.....

The machines would have to be moved behind a VPN Server Device (Most modern
NAT-Firewalls will do that) and be running RFC PRivate Addresses,...then you
would use PPTP and conntect to them at their RFC Private Addresses. Since
they are currently already directly on the Internet with Public IP#s (it
seems by your description anyway) there isn't any point in PPTP the way they
are.
