Remote connection background?

Microsoft support team:

I am trying to remotely connect to my server with the
same background image than the gray image. Also when I
boot up the server I would like it to boot up with a
background image, not just the gray background. It is
after I log into the system locally, then it will set my
background but when I log out it turns gray. I have also
seen a background image when remotely connecting to a
server. How can I tell this server to have the same
background image? Maybe as this is a retail version it
will not let me. I have seen it only with the Dell OEM
Windows 2003 Server Editions. All I am trying to do is
have it boot up with a background image and would like it
to have a background image when loge into it remote. If
anyone has any ideas please let me know. Thanks for your
time and help. Please e-mail me at (E-Mail Removed), or
call me at (727) 443-9366 and ask for John Britton.

Again Thanks,
John
