Remote Assistance

Hey there,

Am trying to help someone set up a remote assistance request from their PC
to mine.

They are operating ME and myslef use XP Pro.

In XP it is a simple request via email in the help and support centre -
under ME however it appears to be a different storey.

Can anyone help with this please.

Chris,

Win Me has no built-in ability to ask for help from another user and that
user to log on to Win Me remotely as is possible with XP. Instead you
would need to use a third party product such as RealVNC
(http://www.realvnc.com/).
